Hello bro, turn 28°e around 120 through south and you will be facing southwest , then lift the dish up gradually (this is for offset dishes) for prime focus, let the dish face the sky tilting it a few degrees south and then move slowly towards where the sun sets (west)....

Yes; I saw fairly used one at electronic line, Ogbete, Enugu last year. But the guy said #10,500 last price. I later bought rarely used 4922A from a friend at #8,000.
Make sure you are buying original one and test it very well.
