These are some of the reasons I have ZERO pity for Saraki and the likes, they had the chance to pass a bill to reform the NPF
Now I hope they feel a bit of the mess they helped foster because they thought it wouldn't swing to bite them
A very good example was the fool shot at the APC rally, if more of these happens perhaps they would agree they have created poorly trained pooly paid low moraled monsters in uniform

No sir. They should simply initiate the process to Garnishee SARS account. This should teach them a lesson not to manhandle folks on mere suspicion...

There is no point going to court again in this country cos their rulings are no longer adhered to
Yea, what do you expect when the president who should live by example doesn't adhere to court ruling.

re you a lawyer? You should go back to law school for this callous comment

He is right, that is the procedure when judgement debtors refuse to obey court orders as to damages.

I advise you to apply your advice to yourself

The guy should send copies of the judgment to Police service commision and police council in Abuja.

That SARS corporal wey put police for this kain wahala go hear am. Senior police officers are very good at throwing the lowly ranked korofos under the bus. He will learn the hard way and mention the others. Make plenty noise SARS go shake.Never sweep it under carpet.

Awkuzu SARS are murderers I remember when they killed an Army officer's son and soldiers came to pay them back in their own coin.

Legally-backed gun-weilding thieves!

undecided One day I decided to look back and examined those who joined the police among those we had our childhood together by proximity...behold, 99% of them were those we knew as hooligans...young thieves...loafers...and territorial miscreants. They are the species all godly parents did not allow their kids to interact with...and all the doors to responsible homes were closed against them.
I first took this for an useless post until it dawned on me that you are absolutely correct.
