Please someone wants to pay me in dollars via freelance work I did. The site don't pay through payoneer accept paypals. I opened a paypals account but am unable to link my Visa card. It shows me wrong card that I should use a direct card. My question is: can I receive money into the account and link my card later. I intend visiting my bank. No need going thru those process. I can give u my verified US PayPal account for your client to pay into and i pay you in naira. As simple as that cos the Nigeria PayPal u opened cannot receive fund. You can only make payment with it.
