Good afternoon guys. Please I'm about to start application for my master's degree and I would like to know the pros & cons of applying via uni-assist. My plan was to apply directly to the desired schools. |

markwill3444:You can use any admission letter for the visa interview, irrespective of what you used to book for visa appointment. So proceed. |

Natalife: Thanks a lot for the answers given. Please how long after you submitted your documents did you get admission. My status has been on valid for almost a month now on FAU. I also applied for molecular science. |

clapper04:Using uni assist, you av more chance of getting admission because many people don't like applying through uni assist. But with direct application, where the application fee is free, alot of people will apply which might reduce one chance of getting admission. So choose wisely. |

Is enrollment date the date registration starts or lecture starts? Filling form for Fintiba |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Vickenny: 3:21pm On Jun 05, 2018 |
If your enrollment deadline is in September and you're going for a masters degree, I will advice you use an address in Abuja, so you can get an interview date in Abuja. From the trend going on now, it seems they are only replying people whose enrollment deadline is in October because of the rule that states your interview date must be 6-8 weeks before your enrollment deadline. |

Good day house, I have a Higher National Diploma in Marine Transport and Business Management and wish to apply to a German school. I tried searching for schools that offer Post Graduate Diplomas or a direct Masters admission to HND holders but I am having difficulties finding one. I will really appreciate if anyone can suggest schools that offer PGDs or admit HND holders for a Masters in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Management and Business Management. Thanks |

Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by Kenthumphz(m): 3:45pm On Jun 05, 2018 |
Dreamchaserz: No PGDs in Germany. You also can't use HND to gain direct admit to Masters. Best shot is B.Sc |

Thanks but considering my age(29), don't you think it will raise a red flag? The question that would come to the visa officer's mind will be; why would a 29year old who already have a HND want to go for a B.Sc? My thoughts though! Kenthumphz: |

Pls, I wanna send my documents to uni-assist but the transcript and English language proficiency letter I have are just the scanned copies. If I am able to legalise those, will uni-assist accept them? |
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 4 by clapper04: 4:31pm On Jun 05, 2018 |
INCREDIBLE015:Okay, thank you! So having like four schools, I can apply via uni-assist to all four with an application fee which is to uni-assist right? |

bykomartin: Offcourse If u have 100€ left in your dom account, U can withdraw (note theres a charge attached to withdrawal from dom account)..... But I will advice u buy 9000€.... And if you want to transfer, try transfering 8900€ first, if it does not go then make some adjustments.... Beta still, You can ask them to set it to the option of sender pay for intermediary bank charge such dat the 40€ will be charged from your dom account and not ur fintiba account.... if you sending up to €8k above, first bank will collect about 57€ (this is what they charged me, confirm befor u fund) do the maths... I am telling you this cos most of these bankers dont know much abt these things and as such u might end up losing some euros (additional charges) should they do the transaction twice. dont ve an answer to your last question cos Im not in deutschland yet... It should be for those who are already there |

Hello people, I'm new to nairaland. They way you guys have been answering questions here encouraged me to reach out. I applied to two schools in Germany; University of Kiel and Rosenhiem University of applied sciences. I have been waiting for news on my application from both schools but nothing yet. There's no way for me to track my admission because both schools stated not to contact them during the selection process. I need to know if is anyone admitted to any of those schools. Also I need anyone's advice on how to track my admission. Should I keep waiting or should I give up because appointment slots at the embassy is seriously running out. I really hoping to get a reply. Thank you |
