Not because somebody just passed between Umunya and Awkuzu where we know that stretch is bad means the whole road is bad, why didn't he snap from Onitsha and again after Awkuzu to Amansea.
The actual repair is from the Enugu end towards Onitsha because the Anambra state government has really tried on her portion of the road.

The road is Enugu Onitsha express way, the work is still at snail speed in Enugu, not yet close to Amansea border and the govt is blowing trumpet. Has the road gotten to Amansea, Awka, Awkuzu, umunnya? Who did this to us? Again I say go to Lagos Ibadan road and see what construction is. Why is work going on from both end there but in Enugu Oniysha express they are still at 9th Mile? Stop deceiving yourself
