What if the Robbery was a Diversion for an Assassination or for Sacrificing the people who died.
Though no one really knows d truth. But in every rumor their is an atom of truth.

I totally agreed with u. I am from d North, even d president won some places because politicians did a ground work for him..I dont know why they r hard on saraki.

No one has said he authorized that robbery. No sensible person will say that and Saraki isn't as poor or as stupid as that to authorize such a thing.

But as you confirmed in your post quoted above most Nigeria polithiefians use political thugs. This is a fact that we both agree to. And this thugs do not go about doing their thuggish jobs with carrots. They use weapons such as guns and matchets. If you agree with this, then ask yourself, once there are no elections or political thuggery to do, what do they use the weapons for? To play with their kids?

Fact is Saraki knows those people, he arms them for his own political jobs and that is an offense by the laws of this country the last time I checked.

I just don't seems to understand some hopeless people in this country, you claim Saraki couldn't have instructed them to rob banks in Offa and this could be true but the people that carried out this robbery that claim 33 lives are Saraki boys. How can we be defending a criminal like this,without Saraki empowering those boys,they won't have gotten access to all the equipment used for the robbery. Its so sad most people don't know that Saraki placed these guys on level15 salary in kwara state yet teachers and local government workers were not paid their salary regularly....... I pray anybody supporting Saraki witness the agony the families of those that losses their loves during the incident so that they can know how it feels.

We had a man with a PHD, but what did we get in return - massive looting (even his wife and gf had a field day)

The point here is education is good, but it hasn’t done that much good in Nigeria - people are complaining that there are no jobs, but no one screaming at Saraki to stop taking 150bn from the country’s budget.

It’s really sad to see people supporting this man because he certainly doesn’t give a hoot about this country - I don’t blame his slaves from Kwara

True Saraki did not authorized them to commit armed robbery, however the fact that the thugs are connected to him, gives them the audacity to act in such a brazen manner killing 33 people including a pregnant woman. They must have felt that with the backing of the Senate president they can get away with any criminality. To serve as a deterrent to other politicians arming thugs during political period., Saraki imust be prosecuted. Maybe this will bring some sanity and reduce political killings and misuse of arms after electioneering.

Thus Saraki is guilty by association.

Were is your senses??. how can saraki of all people, a Senate president that people call to dash money will send people to go and Rob a bank? Even na central bank branch in kwara can not have the amount of money that man has.
