He is very hotheaded and has a bad rep, if not a bigger team would have come for him much earlier. Attitude matters especially when it comes to English players, Ravel Morrison's story always comes to mind.

I think these bad attitudes of his were exaggerated a lot. All what he's done was to get drunk. Rooney, Wilshere and a lot of English players did same and even worse.

He's just being scrutinized a lot because of the hype and also, the controversy over his nationality. The Irish are mad at him for example because he switched to England considering he played for the Irish youth national team thereby giving them hope.

If we offload Herrera and get Grealish it won't be a great crime sha. We already have Matic, McTominay and now Fred the Red to do all the dirty work, we need players that can control and move the ball in midfield and attack. I am tired of all the perpetually mediocre players we have in our squad.

Players like Herrera, Fellaini and Darmian will always be mediocre and we have too many of them. We need more players who are comfortable with the ball in our team.

Grealish is capable of controlling the tempo. He did this against City and Arsenal when Villa was in the epl.

In fact, Villa was nowhere last season until he came back from injury to almost save their season. If he hadn't been injured, perhaps Villa would have been promoted already and wouldn't need a play off.

If only we can snap up both Grealish and Maddison from the championship. I've noticed young elegant players have difficulty adapting to the championship due to physical style of it and these young elegant players don't always have the physique nor the experience to deal with it but if any of these young elegant players can pull it off regardless, he's definitely good enough for the Epl.

Didnt you watch him in Southampton? He was good before/after his injuries, I believe he'll make a good addition to our squad if we go for him.

Didn't really take notice of him. I could remember him forming a good partnership with Romeu (whom I'm a fan). That's all.
