I love the site because it's a true simulation of exam conditions and the tests are timed. You also get detailed explanation for each answer at the end of the test so you'll understand why you failed the questions you failed.
Going through the answer breakdown at the end of the tests made me understand the Reading questions far better than any other 'tips' I saw online. After several tests, I started hitting 9 consistently in Reading (and I got a 9 in Reading when I took the actual test in April).
The same goes for the Listening section. The test answers are explained with both audio clips and a short transcript of the relevant section of the test.

As for writing and speaking, I didn't really practice those ones, so I can't really give any advice there.

Has anyone experience BC quality control status about his/her result, and was the result actually released? my spouse's result was held due to quality control for the Feb 10th exam, though he has taken another test but just wondering, because BC sent him a mail 2months ago that they are still working on it.

hi ya. your score would have been great if only u had at least an 8 in listening. hubby's score is low.
my advice is retake the test and improve on L. u need at least 8,7,7,7 in LRWS.
also start your evaluation asap.
encourage hubby to improve on his as well so ur crs would improve.
