I love the site because it's a true simulation of exam conditions and the tests are timed. You also get detailed explanation for each answer at the end of the test so you'll understand why you failed the questions you failed.
Going through the answer breakdown at the end of the tests made me understand the Reading questions far better than any other 'tips' I saw online. After several tests, I started hitting 9 consistently in Reading (and I got a 9 in Reading when I took the actual test in April).
The same goes for the Listening section. The test answers are explained with both audio clips and a short transcript of the relevant section of the test.

I experienced it for my IELTS of February 1, 2018. I kept sending emails and visiting their office in Ikoyi. The issue is beyond BC, it's from Cambridge and until Cambridge releases the result BC can't do anything.

My result was released on the 24th of April 2018 and it was good.

Don't worry, they'll release the result, just routine check which unfortunately takes long time. I even registered for another test before my result was released.

They'll notify your hubby via email when it is released.
