Well your plan sound very viable, but have you done this business before practically? Or you just use a calculator to get this figures on the surface, what are the potential risk? How are we sure of ready buyer in Lagos due to the fact that this goods are perishable. Will one need to go to KD physically yo source for this goods? Are the goods readily available for purchase? Let's engage here in the open so we can all contribute.
