This is a big problem, but since you claim that its an oversight by your agent, he should know how to handle it.

I just saw joined Nairaland today and I decided to answer the above-This is what you should do ASAP: fill this form by using this link: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/Forms/Documents/1023.pdf
Its called the Notification of incorrect answers, fill the form as correctly as possible indicating you were previously refused a US visa, attach the refusal letter given to you.send it back to them, you should be fine. One thing people need to realize is that most countries have close links with each other especially English speaking countries, so either you didn't tell your agent of your immigration history or he didn't ask(meaning he/she has little experience) either way its a huge mistake, but you can rectify that by sending the above form with the ref. letter ASAP

Please help me out, I'm banking and finance graduate and just completed my nysc few months ago. Please I need help on how I can study and live in australia. Please I need full hints about it. Thanks
You can study in Australia, what is your budget for tuition fees? and do you have a sponsor.there is the master's program offered by universities which may be high in fees and there are cheaper options at Graduate diploma level offered by Colleges.

Good day all, does anyone here have experience of flying with Ethiopian Airline to Singapore, and then connect to Australia major cities? This route seems to be the cheapest and faster than Turkish Airline. Lagos - Singapore is $631. Most Australia cities are cheaper from Singapore through airlines such as Qantas, Silk Air and Singapore Airline.
I am considering this route for my trip to Darwin. By my estimate is around $1000.

Kindly advice.

Don’t try to pass through Singapore if you don’t have transit visa just go with SAA and forget stress anything Singapore don’t try it

Just have a way to convince the CO that he has been your guidance since primary school and also they reason why he wanted to sponsor you is that your parents sponsored him when he young too and the way to pay back is this and also the relationship between you too and evidence of payment he has issued to you before
