Sorry I just asked it wasnt a Landline, it was gsm number according to him and the call was outside office hours. 080 sth. Thanks. He told me he was afraid its a scam, but they didnt ask for anything else, after confirming his degrees.

Let him dial the number with truecaller. Let's see the result it brings out. Kindly get back to us

Its been checked on truecaller according to him ntin showed up, but the name shows as someone from a particular part of the country on other platforms and it has correspondence also. So maybe its actually DPR. All the best everyone hopefully they are on it and my own call and APL is on the way too.

1. Are you saying the CoC may have been issued, since you said the chairman needn't have to be the one to sign it?

2. What actually and exactly is the state of the list from DPR at FCC, has it been transmitted to the appropriate quarter where CoC will be issued or it has been issued already.

I've only said the list wasn't going to come out until the budget was passed.

That said, if as you've claimed, you've been contacted, baba, what opportunity is anyone loosing that doubts you You wan give them APL?

I can categorically tell you that call wasnt from DPR. Anything that makes them call anyone now, it’s to collect APL. The stage of what course did you do is over. List done and dusted already.

But the FCC has been known to randomly contact some people on lists sent to it in order to verify the authenticity..... #justsaying
