I grew up to know Saturday's was days for door to door evangelism for a certain church denomination where they target children who they feel are not strong will enough to disearn their faith. No one killed these house to house preachers as a matter of fact they got better reception from Muslims than Christians who treated them with scorn. But it's usually okay to lie against anyone who's not a Christian (white garment and Catholics would have been their targets if not for Islam).

Christianity itself is a false religion based on lies formed long after Jesus Christ himself died.
