after creating like 5 emails and nearly being frustrated not to continue....well i'm finally done with the reg. Note....when getting any form of error message, unregister and start afresh by opening another email adress and register again with a PC this time around. i bet you..it woudnt take you like 30minute no matter how slow you are to finish the whole process.... best of luck. @naso4 ...thanks for fine tuning my brain.

the file you are trying to upload is not jpeg.........thats why you are having the problem

but mine is jpeg and not even up to 50kb but has refused to upload

I just notice that only my surname appeared on my print out, does anyone has same issue

thats the problem....it says the file must not be less than 50kb and not greater than 100kb....

It seems the site is having error since yesterday. No Matter how you tried to "Complete Application", There is always "Access Denied".

This has been happening since yesterday, If you experience it, i think is from their own end.

So for now, leave it till the web is fully back

if you have gotten an email that has your user name and your password sent to you before..you have to unregister. but if not sign up for a new email then refresh the portal as if you are starting afresh, if you like interchange your names and phone number and complete the form as before then submit. note...still use your PC. for me it's advisable.

it is general problem from their server.It replaces your phone number and that of your next of kin

If you have two names- only your surname will appear

If you have three names-only two will appear on the datapage
