Foolbuster judging from the date you registered which is just exactly one month today, how comes you seem to know already about the experiences/stories so astutely even mentioning that quote from se.un was from 10 years ago this ya familiarity get as e be. Now if you say we have much time in our hands then directly proportional to us is you too who seem to have sooo much time to have just used this short time to have understudied the whole necessary issues threads and come out with your supposed conclusions. But this is not the case as we know who you truly are, forget the moniker. This is an alternate moniker of ******* if you know, you know. This moniker was created to seem as an independent third-party person who would sound so different and support “them”. For you to use the exact term as shown at the bolded in your reply, you are “them”. You even had more time than we the supposed jobless youths to search through to find out if there was previously a serious altercation---Bhaard guy see plenty time wey you get. For you to seem to know all those things you wrote about you have been around for a looong time. If you go back and read what you typed you will see that you are just an alternate moniker doing it’s created job. Even still had to mention pigs in the narrative, and had to first go create new threads in politics and celebrities sections on exactly the same day to make it look like you only just stumbled into this thread in the autos section, we they watch you no matter the moniker in use. foolbuster: |

There goes the familiar person again, who now knows who owns this new moniker? You can see the immediate response and they way he talks just resembles that of **********, He has forgotten to use the other moniker and is angry but using the wrong moniker to attack again. foolbuster: |

HOWEVER HE ACHIEVES THAT IS HIS STRATEGIC ADVANTAGE. HIS BEEN MAGNANIMOUS ENOUGH TO INFORM US HERE THAT ITS BEYOND VEHICLE HISTORY ON LINE. HE HAS BOOTS ON GROUND IN USA. I SEE SOME OF HIS AUCTION BID WON AT $8000 . NOBODY GAMBLES WITH SUCH AMOUNT. IT'S BEYOND ONLINE DATA CAR PURCHASE DECISION. gazmann: Ponder the following: 1. Has it occurred to you that before that Toyota corolla thread which has been hidden, but which I have copies of, I didn't really bother with his adverts? Almost never even looked deeper at them? 2. Did you ever notice that before that same Toyota corolla thread, nobody really bothered him for VIN, as they bothered the rest of the sellers in this section? 3. On the thread created by explore.rs months ago based on the activities in this section, I mentioned this seller multiple times as an ideal example of a seller to emulate. 4. Go through his threads and you will find comments left by me showing support for his adverts, months ago. 5. Do you realise the actual issue that broke the dam for him was when he taunted Jodecibmw to provide photos for that corolla on that thread, and I took it upon myself to step in and salvage that situation? 6. You saw that thread, and I will provide images of it if you don't recall, but I do know you left comments there in support of him. Do you recall when an appeal was made to him to end the situation before it went any further? I made that appeal. But his pride has consistently proven to be his undoing. It will not let him admit wrongdoing. 7. I for one have placed much stock in his adverts in the past, unbeknownst to him I did look into a few of them, got the VIN, and did not make any findings contrary to his statements about the vehicles. 8. Where things came to a head were on the thread below when I came across a clear case of misrepresentation about a vehicle, either lack of due diligence by him in knowing the history of vehicles he advertised, or wilful misrepresentation. https://www.nairaland.com/4483152/accident-free-2015-toyota-camry Go through that thread again. When you do, keep the following in mind: 1. The primary reason he developed a sort of special status here was that he could be relied on to accurately and truthfully represent his cars as they truly are. 2. He has stated over and over that he does not care about vehicle history and only focuses on its current state or condition. 3. If the above were true, don't you realize that directly contradicts the position in 1 above? If he doesn't know a vehicle's past, or doesn't factor it into his decisions, as he has stated, how then do we take his word for it when he claims a vehicle is accident free, or clean titled? 6 Likes 2 Shares |

Cosplay: I have to admit that each time I come to NL and see posts where you keep painting yourself as an epitome of all that's good I shake my head in disgust. Is it this same pride you talk about here which have stopped you from tendering an apology to me for the insults on my dad and family members and my village too, all cos of NL posts disagreements. Is that why you do witch hunting on dealers who dare to stand up to you, same thing you tried to do to me by frequenting my ads till date looking for faults? This guy calculux was your hero who you used to taunt me a while back to try and be like him, now cos he's disagreed with you, you're going to pull dirts on him to pull him down. Even on the car matters, those who really know their onions no longer take you serious, all you know is keyboard and online research, you have no clue about cars physically and offline and have almost nothing to offer, and fortunately, no one pays online for these cars like we pay on copart and Co. Finally, whoever wants to buy a car must come for inspection and that's when it really matters, so you can keep basking in your NL euphoria and "likes". I only blame calculux for engaging you for so long. Now head over to my ads and resume duty 4 Likes |

I will Repeat myself again Professionalism is already overtaken By Emotions. For now nobody is breaking any rule if they choose to post vin or not. Moreover nobody was appointed to do stop and search for vin. This is what it is irrespective of how you see it. 1. I've Read this forum rule from rule 1 - 22 and no where does it say one should add vin to an advert. 2. As long as No 1 remains. No dealer owes anybody any vin by force, neither is it compulsory for he or she to paste it. 3. The right way to go about this is to Mail the site owner or moderator for improvement in this section. They should update the rules that all cars posted should have a vin attached or thread will be closed. If they put effort into this as they moderate in the romance section then there will be difference. If this is enforced. Then you have the right and authority to bash all threads without vin . But as long as this is not enforced BY THE AUTHOR, OWNER AND MODERATORS. Dealers are at the obligation to post it or not. Now for now that vin has not been made mandatory . if you feel you want a vin and the dealer refuse to post it. Do whatever you can to find the vin maybe from lot number on the body of the vehicle if it exists. Or call the dealer and book an inspection, when you inspect the car and get the vin you can come back here and post the vin... This might sound somehow but its the truth. If There's no law , there is no crime. This is just like one who decides to buy a gun and decides to fight crime without taking the legal steps. Such person is looking for trouble and is doing the right thing in the wrong way. Gazzuzz , cosplay jodecibmw , and co , Now is the time to take the legal step And see how dealer threads will be closed if vin is absent. Find a way to contact the mods or seun to make a formal Step and make it compulsory for posting in the autos section. Else all this asking of vin, telling people to post vin is just like illegal police roadblocks. If a dealers response is not satisfactory or you think he's hiding something kindly leave the car and search for another to buy. Vin Requirement for posting Adverts is the right step ( very important ) and its essential. But Go about it like someone with wisdom and education 1 Like |

Now that our well respected and distinguished comrades have left their erudite and well meaning contributions , I will leave my not-so-respected position. When you come across an advert with the VIN absent or any irregularites in the post, - Politely request the VIN, as well as point the irregularites out. If the seller takes the responsible path like many do and provides it, and addresses the raised observations, if you have some interest in the vehicle, you may order a VIN report. If the findings directly contradict the claims by the seller, such as a salvage vehicle declared clean title, or a vehicle with accidents in its history declared as accident-free, politely indicate the findings to the seller and move on. Unless the seller decides to escalate issues. In which case you're at liberty to return the favour. It is, afterall, a public forum. When the seller refuses to, like some do, simply move on. At this point it should be obvious that for sellers who refuse to do so, things have a way of working themselves out |

thebigkendo: As you can now see, he's the wrong person to engage Cosplay cos due to the nature of the cars he sell, the troll will always see dirt to dig up on him. If I majored on Toyota sales I'll probably be forming saint and licking ass in order to evade scrutiny too or I'll totally go under the radar and avoid attention, cos to be frank, those cars are so expensive you won't make any profit buying only clean ones Now tell me, if Cosplay had this level of dirt on my ads, do you think he wouldn't have exposed it by now to score proper NL victory? Note that I also have never come to NL to form holy dealer bla bla bla, so I'm waiting to see from which angle he'll come this time. He only resorted to personal insults on me cos he couldn't find any meaningful dirt, and now he's forming that he's ignoring me, yet he's always combing my ads and even planted someone on my group to scout for dirt. Let him keep doing what makes him feel relevant in his life, but it just pisses me off when the Nigga tries to use himself as an example of all that's good in the world. Even this is a dig to all of y'all forming holier than thou here on car dealers case, be bold enough to bring your line of job under the microscope too on Nl and let's see just how holy you all are. The calculux who's now a shady dealer has one accident car on all the hundreds he's sold and he's now a shady dealer |

thebigkendo: I've been typing on my PC keyboard ever since I was 15 and now I'm in my early 30's, what seem to you like a long typing takes me less than 30 secs, so it's not so long to me. Also, I don't bother cleaning any markings from my cars, the ones that are auction cars will surely have those markings and the ones that are not auction cars won't have them. Besides, I think this guy has proven that he's so good and desperate that if he wants to pull the vin of any car, he usually succeeds, don't believe that's an issue for him anymore. It's not cost efficient to import bad Volvo cars , no one will buy them too cos there are a lot of good priced neat ones in the market, that's the major thing here. If it were same with the Toyota market, then I'll definitely be selling a lot of badly accident cars too. Let's just say things the way they are, no need forming holy for NL |

As a reminder again to those who are short of comprehending, at the bolded the campaign is full disclosure, we keep repeating this same statement sooo many times on a number of occasions yet surprisingly they will still ask you what the taskforce is about later again. Do not tag an advert as accident/flood free or clean title if it is NOT, without posting the VIN to back it up. Full disclosure of what you're selling is desired too, if you do not carryout due diligence nor sure of the history of the car in your advert, SAY SO so that potential buyers can see these information in the advert. I have seen cases, though not referring to Calculusx per say, where a dealer started well with good intentions, selling good cars while provided all necessary details for the cars before sale and then grew his network as people now believed, trusted and could never have suspected any foul play in transactions. That is he totally gained everyone's trust in car sales. Later he became greedy and started importing messed up cars, put up for sale while withholding certain vital necessary information and due to trust people fell victim to buying those bad cars with proper due diligence as expected because they trusted that he would keep to his "supposed" known integrity. If you ask me all these back and forth discussion would have not come up if he didn't call for it by himself, as if you have really been following with an unbiased mind all those issue threads were x-rayed only when he called for them himself. I think he is a good guy but evil pride, arrogance and lack of humility is making him attract these unwanted traffic on himself. No one is witch hunting anybody particularly, it's only if you call for attention by false declaration or throw silly comments that you might end up shooting yaself. Dealers should just do the right thing with and no one will even come near your advert, as is evident in some dealer advert threads who try to do the right thing. Well what do I know and just a jobless nairalander.. gazmann: |

Oga valarinz selling accident cars is not the issue, you should have known the taskforce stand by now, the issue is if you hide such details and by not disclosing it in your advert and with holding information by falsely displaying such cars as clean title or accident free. That is the issue when you misrepresent the true history status. valarinz: |

jodecibmw: If you also note carefully, you and a lot of others also speak out on these issues, even on my ads too, but from the way it's done I can't say there's personal vendetta or pull him down syndrome, hence I never attacked any of you. Same can't be said of Mr painful heart and holy at the same time, his own campaign is borne out of bitterness, hate and envy, also the need for NL likes and validation, I wonder if Seun pays to members with highest number of likes monthly. One minute you're the role model for all dealers and next minute you're the most shady dealer who he's going to drive out of biz like he drove out inspired autos. We dey this NL na, with time we'll see how it will all end, hate and bitterness can't take you far. Before I say anything now, he'll point out another role model who is the most honest dealer and integrity specialist, and we the rest are shady, let's keep watching |
