I have been challenging myself since 15 days now, drinking smoothie/juice made from vegetables and fruits. Thought of sharing that with you, probably someone will be motivated to join. This is a little we can to our body and soul, starting the 2018 with rejuvenation of my internal system . Here are some of the smoothie/juices I made in the last days. I will try my best to post pictures of the remaining 15 days here. If it happens, that anyone is motivated as well, please share your pictures here. dis things are expensive o. woo, i will just drink lipton( no milk) for 6 months evryday with hot water and dont eat afta 7pm, dat method is enof for me 2 dry up 5 kg . who go follow me try am? 5 Likes |

HRHQueenPhil:well I don't really know how your pocket is, therefore it is difficult for me to comment as per the cost. Hummm you want to take lipton without milk. Do note that the challenge was not to lose weight but to nourish the body. Oh I would have join you but I want to keep my weight the way it is right now. from the grocery store. Humm... organic, that one will be another case. Not all of the fruits/vegetable are available as organic in my area. But when I see organic and the price is bearable (not more than twice normal price) then I buy. Some organic prices are just too much. Anyway taking any is better than nothing |

ArinzeRaph:I do use a fruit juicer for cases where I don't want to have the pulp. And sometimes I use blender (this is when I want to hunt for the fiber ) |

Obudupikin:That sounds pretty good. This depends on the kind of vegetables or fruits you want to use and their seasons. Just shop more for the mostly available ones. I was recently in Nigeria and my body nourishing continued there as well, I was shopping more often pineapple, watermelon, soursop, coconuts and ugu leaves. Soursop may be expensive for some people, however if you don't mind going to the market often, you may shop for soursop to be used same day, this will save you 50% of the normal cost.
