Their staff are also very polite. i once dealt with one Chine lady like that, always ready to help. But they need to improve coverage biko. outside lagos it doesnt work

Lol. I, started using Ntel the very first day they started selling their SIM in Abuja, or maybe the next. Those were their best days. Currently they are a total waste.

In comparison to the vast poor and pricey data/telecoms services in Nigeria, Ntel is a saviour.

Fairly fast speed and moderate pricing.

But to make comparison with global services, you're on your own.

Started out with them for an unlimited monthly plan of 12.5k. That was massive. But now, it's 17.5k. I'm using it right now. It's value for money compare to other providers. I hope they don't jeek it up again.

For those bashing them for staying in Lagos, Abuja and PH, I bet you don't understand the principles of business expansion, scaling and profiteering.

These 3 locations are huge and about the heaviest spenders on data services. If they can't survive in these terrains, then they can remodel their business scope abi you wan make Etisalat's woes befall me.

Oh! I get it, they should come to your village I'm Borno so,,they can service Boko Haram abi. Abeg, go siddon.

Ntel well done...But you can always be better in pricing and service quality.

Leadership Telecoms company of the year when their coverage is for just 3states out of 36states. This doesn't even make sense.

In Lagos Ikeja am rocking it, YouTube always 1080p, netflix UltraHD always no buffering. Everything is connected to it and it barely slows down, although sometimes the thing go just drop to 1 bar and most def the speed reduces. I barely download huge stuff so i can't comment on that.

I think weekly unlimted is faster than unlimited monthly, it's just my observation tho,
