after doing a security update my laptop restarts and suddenly this message pops out i cannot access anything on my desktop or folders not even windows whats going on. any way out my windows is windows 10

i ddnt install nothing just security updates which prompted me to do a restart since den na so so story preparing windows then desktop not found location. i dey vex now all my files gone tho i could acces them but still cant see my desktop windows and all na which kind devil be this on sunday evening |

hw can i boot to safe mode i have to do hard press restart then it loads for another 10mins before popping out that screen hw can ibgo to safe mode nothing is working other than mouse cursor |

it's a missing system file that windows needs to completely boot up. boot your computer from cd and perform a repair installation problem solved. |
