Couldn't keep up with the lengthy thread but do not give gumboro vaccine to birds that are weak, the vaccine will just kill them, when a bird comes down with a viral infection, your best bet is to boost their weakened immune system and apply yoir vaccine but in the case of gumboro, IBD only spends about 3 days on the farm wreaking havoc before it finally takes its leave...
Please do not vaccinate already sick birds...Use doxygen or other strong antibiotics to boost immune and then apply vaccine..GOD bless your business...I'd be most welcome to entertain your questions and ask other farmers and vets I know around if I can't can't solution to your questions..I can't keep up with the lengthy thread...

is doxygen really good. it has no withdrawal date which I guess is not too cool with human health.

I want to start poultry farming but don’t know how to go about it.
How do I mix or formulate feed for chickens from starter to finisher and layers?
How can I prevent New castle disease, Marek’s disease, fowl pox and other poultry diseases from my farm?
My birds are not performing as expected my fellow farmers please help.
What is the vaccination programme for broiler and layers chicken?
How does light affect the growth and laying performance of my birds?

Worry no more fellow farmers and intending farmers. All you need for a successful poultry venture besides capital is KNOWLEDGE. The answers to the above questions and many more are detailed in this book. In short, all the knowledge you need to acquire as a successful poultry farmer is detailed in this book: POULTRY FARMING IN THE TROPICS; A COMPLETE GUIDE. Five weeks plus. Thanks.

How are your birds doing now ma??

Green dark poo could mean fowl typhoid or cholera....Watery green poo with shade of white could mean newcastle..
Are your birds showing any sign of nervous break down,
First of all, if your birds are down with fowl cholera..Any drug containing enrofloxacin should take care of it..or better still buy antibiotics and see how far they get on...Get Hando Gentadox product of five vet or any strong antibiotics you can find..let's work it up from there or better still locate a vet in your locality...
