I have been feeling menstral cramps and back ache everyday since this week and saw a bit of old brown blood twice now after peeing. You will overcome it by the end of your 12th week. Remember that at this stage, your baby gets all the nutrients from you directly, so please try and eat plus take your supplements. There is little your Dr can do at this stage cos this is the formation stage and they wouldn't want to create any havoc by prescribing different kinds of drugs for you.

So, brace up and shake away the sickness.
