My dear everything is wrong with this pic coming out from a Choir Master. In the Ministry, Choir is next to the Pastor. Pastors work hand in hand with the Choir Section. It is expected that they exhibit life worthy of emulation.

No one is saying he can't go to the beach with his wife, but as a Christian, you are not expected to do some certain thing the way every other person does it.

Even St. Paul said he can even eat in the shrine or even eat what was given to the gods, but he will not do that for the sake of "these children" (referring to the brethren that their faith are not yet strong) less they be led into temptation.
