I'm quite optimistic that the recruitment team at Arsenal would come up with a decent looking squad by the start of the season. Arsenal for the first time in a long while seem to be looking at targets that address glaring problems; Winger, DM and CB. Wenger, a great manager and man that he was, would have probably be looking at getting another creative midfielder.

Emery is known for his 3 man midfield hard press game tactics. He also allows his players to hold possession.

He is the kind of coach that plans very possible match day situation. Unlike your dad Wenger who allows his players the freedom to play.

So expect a very disciplined Arsenal team play this new season.

Most of the credit must go to Ivan Gazidis. He eased Wenger out of the club in the most respectful way possible, but before then, ensured he brought in genuine football men. I mean, in Mislintat and Sanllehi we have one of the best scouting and recruitment team. Gazidis knows we can't compete with the Manchester clubs financially so the only way forward is to get top scouts and unearth talents others are unaware of or can't see the hidden potential.

Look what Mislintat did at Dortmund some years ago to get the picture. (Dembele, Pulisic, Weigl, Auba, Sokratis etc)
