But there is nothing on the website. Can you post the link of where you got this from? And that tiebreak date seems fishy cause people with such high score since last year shouldn't even still be in the pool(well, except they recently updated their ielts and got msc)

What is IRCC up to? Even though there was a draw for just PNP last week, they still place cut off at 451.
I guess there were a lot of PNP's in the pool. If not, i can't understand why cut off 451 and tie break rule is from July last year.
There is definitely no 451 in the pool from July last year. The cut off for last two or three draws took care of them.
Meanwhile, they issued 3750 ITA's. Na wa o.

As it is only people with CRS of 452 and over will get ITA. There is definitely no 451 from July, 2017 in the pool.

Even if there were lots of PNPs, thought PNP gives you 600 points? I don't quite understand this draw with the tie breaking rule of July 2017, nobody with such highscore should have been in the pool since then.

The only way I could understand this purported CRS is that it's a mistake. They wanted to write 441 and wrote 451. But even at that, any 441 in the pool by last year July would have gotten ITA several times.
