I did. I answered every question except the easiest one. I thank God I didn't try to answer it because although it is the simplest, getting it wrong would have made them to have a wrong impression about me. Therefore I maintained a long silence until they moved to another question.
However, they spent 40% of the time scrutinizing my birth certificate. It is not their fault, the handwriting is poor. In fact, I had to provide my baptism card, national ID and Primary school leaving certificate.

Now, in an interview where screening of credentials is uniform because every candidate must provide necessary credentials as instructed and there was strong discrepancy in interview questions such that some candidates were asked to mention their name (I am exaggerating here), then obviously DPR was looking for something beyond answering interview questions.

I have not said that the interview will not be graded but it is will be very difficult for a candidate who scored 55% in aptitude test to have an edge over another candidate who scored 75% from the same state if merit alone is the yardstick.
The reason is that the mark allocated for answering interview questions alone may not be more than 20 marks.
It is just like getting 150 in JAMB and hoping to perform better than a candidate who scored 250 during POST-UTME.
Finally everything depends on God's grace. I never knew I would be shortlisted for the test let alone the interview. I am not more righteous and intelligent than the other 556500 graduates who did not make it to the aptitude test and interview.
They may be placed in places greater than DPR in the future.

i believe in what onyiridike said that they may be looking at something beyond your answers to their questions, i was lucky to answer all the questions with 100% accuracy, because all the technical questions are a simple yes/no questions that a 100 level undergraduate can answer, and i was asked 3 current affairs questions and i answered them all correctly. i was like is this an interview?

even you too can differentiate between a BSC and OND when you even applied for the recruitment in October 2016 it has showed how your understanding and low observance will be rated

This document looks fraudulent, but I still wonder why one will have to go to this length just because he wants to deceive the public.

DPR may have recruited some (connected) guys based on REPLACEMENT to give room for merit in the main recruitment. I have seen this happen sometimes.

Laboratory Officer wasn't even advertised in the 2016 recruitment publications.

I stand to be corrected, but all the DPR APLs I have see, the salary is always stated on a per annum bases, why is this monthly? Just wondering.
