TheGoodJoe: Bia Sir Goodjoe... Take ya time ooo... This is a Basic FIFA Protocol. Each of the 32 teams must and will have their official photoshoots for the FIFA World cup for use throughout the tournament especially in media like FIFA TV and FIFA Magazine. So make dem no perform the protocol nii abi? Na wa... Some of una here ehn... Una no get chill ooo... Haba sef... Every small thing una go dey complain because of picture... Abi make we no dey catch glimpse of the team again nii? Every thing we have witnessed so far is normal... From the pics showing their arrival taken by the media to the pics showing their first session in Russia. Nothing over the top... Even now, at we speak the team must be in closed training... Or be getting set for it... The team is working so make una calm down biko! 9 Likes 2 Shares

TheGoodJoe: Media hype can't be taking away from this, media hype give players some element of confidence while reducing that of the opponent. Hazard is a great dribbler but modes simon, onyekuru and the rest could even be better with more positive review and spotlight. Salah did not change, his the same player that was with Basel and Chelsea...he style of play was still making those runs, the media hype helped him alot. The media cam make or mar a player 3 Likes |

Imagine going to the stadium to see the Nigeria vs Iceland game. Drums and trumpets will be coming at you from one angle and thunderous claps from the other angle. Such a game will ensure your eardrums collapse for at least a day. 7 Likes |

TheSuperNerd:I think his argument is that due to lack of nutrition in this part of the world an overage player could beat the MRI test I.e a 20 year old who is not drinking regular fresh milk or eating hamburger unlike his counterparts in Europe, north America etc will pass for a 16 year old . 2 Likes |

And I have addressed the unlikelihood in previous comments. Anatomy is Anatomy. Slight variations occur but The Human body is basically the same as regards Teen growth and maturity. All this talk of nutrition is overemphasis because Young players in this same part of the world still fail the MRI at various grades of the testing. I just wish not to delve into the deeper sciences of it. chrisooblog: |

EEGA: 3 5 2 Kelechi and Iwobi to lead the line. Moses Mikel Ndidi Ogu/Etebo Tyrone Omeruo Ekong Balogun We're not scoring goals. Kelechi scores goals. We need him to play. It's a wonder that since we played the 3-5-2 against Argentina, we've not tried to use the same personnel against other teams. We have not been scoring goals. Those front two are especially important. They know how to score goals for the Super Eagles. Rohr has to maximize our strength. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Sometimes I'm tempted to wish I were Rohr for just 90mins... Just 90.. Nothing more. You have said the truth and indeed Nacho is key for goals either via assists or scoring himself. He doesn't go long without scoring or creating... But alas... I am not Rohr... And will never be. So Let's see what the Gaffer serves us in our first game in terms of how we set up and in what formation and most importantly the personnel picked. I hope he pulls it off like you said because when all is said and done, Goals win games... Even in P.S.O. joseph1013: |

Mujtahida: The question is which will win between the African "disorganized" dance/music vs the European Handel "organized" music? If Africa will win everytime against the European then the world will dump the European for the African. But time and time again, it has been proven that the European dance have always beaten the African dance to stupor,.. Lolz,.. That's why everyone in the world is tilted towards the European dance. Success has many friends..... Remember? |

"My point is we must break away from this european model of playing football: we cannot beat them when it comes to an organized approached to football. no wonder xavi said that they understand football as a space-time concept. Sorry I came late to the Party, but I think you've got far better Responses. Mickael2 really hits the Nail where it Matters...... honestly I share his View and has little or non to add. Africa Football is the Answer. We ain't as tactical as the Europeans to be candid. I was watching Germany vs S. Arabia Game, and I was like..... are the Germans really Machines?! They knew where to be, when to make Runs, and where/When Passes should be made. This ain't our Ways. We didn't win the Gold Medals at Atlanta 96 playing the foreign Ways. We played our Game, our style and we wowed the World, same thing at USA 94. Siasia wasn't given enough time with the Eagles. I believe in his Philosophy and Mentality. Unlike many of our previous (local Coaches), Siasia has a Philosophy. His Team has identity and he's certainly prepared to make a Mark at the Senior Level, but wasn't given enough Chance. We can't ever be or play like them (Europeans) tactically, hence we should play our own STYLE. Let's sell African Football to the World once again! 3 Likes |

tbaba1234: Nigerians will never get tired of this topic. I laughed when some people started making reference to their Girlfriends/wives. I'm 2 years older than my sister but she will always look like my big aunty whenever we are together. Female gender tend to look way older than their male agemates. They should not be used as reference when discussing this topic. |

Mujtahida: note that ,there is "organization in disorganization "it s the disorganization we need at the moment to organize our self to the final ... if you can decode what i mean ... but to say the fact , they want us to play in a way they can understand so that they can counter us ... if we get our style right , we will be a very hard nut to crack |
