There's no difference between what is signed now and many other agreements made with N Korea. This is just a photo op. N Korea have developed their weapons and now need to boost their economy and luckily and smartly sought this guy to help them get it.

You think they trust Uncle Sam and can't use designated pen to sign the agreement. The best deal was the one made with Iran and that brought the price of crude oil down though it affected us but it curtailed the influence Saudi Arabia has in middle East. But all that is gone now
