Selected applicants with no issue with their portals were not contacted.
The few contacted had a glitch on their profiles but that has been resolved.

Anybody from DPR or FCC that tells you that PIGB, 2018 budget or COC is the cause of the delay just wants your attention to be diverted for various reasons. Don’t be deceived. Letters are almost ready for pick up.

There are different theories regarding the scoring criteria used. Can you please tell us the actual various criteria used to score the interview.

When I said Mr Tata was away for 2 weeks, I meant in the month of May (14th - 26th). He was busy getting the job done away from the office to avoid attention. I tell you, just only few persons knew what he was up to.

Thank you @ Sumari for the update, at least it’s now confirmed that it’s officially over. We both arrived at the same conclusion. Don’t waste your precious time thinking of FCC, like I said earlier in my previous post that some persons @ FCC will remain quiet or provide false information protect their interest, try to relate it with what the incumbent Chairman of FCC has done.

Ensure you make effort to confirm if your name is on the approved list @ the HQ. The letters are almost ready.

The few successful candidates contacted to update their portals had issues such as missing documents and files belonging to other candidates found on their profile etc. They were further asked to confirm other details like name, class of degree and position applied and were told they would receive a feed back. The same week, the candidates (non-merit) that made it were contacted for confirmation and asked to provide more details.

Portals will be updated when the APLs are ready for pick up.

Factors considered during the final selection process:
1. Two or more candidates were not picked from the same LGA. The one with the highest score was considered.

2. A candidate with an average score of over 70% will be more likely to succeed.

3. If you applied for a position that isn’t related to your discipline, you will be dropped.

4. Masters degree is an advantage

5. Class of degree

6. If you have a relation working in DPR, you will be dropped unless you have a strong backing.

7. Children of retired staff will most likely considered. Only about 10% made it to the interview on merit.

Even if everyone here is from my state and LGA, I will remain unperturbed till DPR starts contacting the successful candidates.... . It is not over yet and I am not giving up hopes on God.

marvel is right because sometime happened third week of may...on may 16 around 4:05 pm my friend was called to quickly send his details nd his portal was closed since he didn't attend d interview.... We were together when d thing happened.
