Before your Rav4 stopped, did you ever observe The check Engine Light on at any time? If so, did you do a scan? If yes, what were the codes displayed?
If your answer is NO to above questions, then troubleshooting may be difficult at this point (though, not impossible). Still do a scan, and get codes first.

Hello Gazzuzz, I have check engine light on and I got this error code after scanning the car Honda Accord 2002: P1259, P1166, P1167. I noticed that it won't accelerate pass 80 km/h and will start stalling until I release the throttle pedal.

Thank you so much, I just got an IACV after so many days of looking for one, and its stuck partially open. The former one I had was fully open, but car would still go off when the AC is on and the car has reached normal temperature, I also noticed corrosion the place coolant flows through on the former one.

You are missing the point. Clean it with carb cleaner the proper way and de-carbonize the butterfly area.

Some things might be better done by Professionals.
