Now, my masters is not inline with my Bsc course, I ventured into IT. The woman noted that though and the man with her asked me in passing why I didn't stick to my original course. Do u think that is a minus??

There’s no problem since your first degree relates to the position applied and provided most of the questions asked were correctly answered. You did the right thing by uploading your MSc certificate.

Most candidates that applied for a position not relating to their course of study were shortlisted for the aptitude test because they had sponsors that submitted their names for consideration. There was a lot of pressure. They had to accept the names to fulfil all rightenous for relief. To be honest, the some shortlisted candidates for the test were picked at random. That’s why some persons that were highly qualified for certain positions were left out in the beginning.

What chances do you think these guys have against the back drop of your 'related course' comment?

what about someone whose uploaded documents were initially three before that Friday they update portal and after update of portal the uploaded documents reduced to two and one document was missing and since then the person has not be contacted for update what does that signifies , needs your quick response thanks in anticipation

Merit, but they might bend the rules to accommodate the them both if he/she has strong backing.

Mr Marvel I was asked to update my portal but when I checked my information was intact.Therefore,I did not update anything when I checked. Just left it the way it was.

why I asked you this question is because about four persons from this nairaland including myself had issues of documents missing in our profile and misplacement of another persons document and none has been contacted on phone to update and those guys are batch A including myself and I performed very well both in the exam.and in the interview likewise them does it shows we are not in the final list and finally if the list comes out and we all make it what will be your final assertion and conclusion .I suggest you get accurate information whether if calls were actually made for portal update or is yet to be made because if finally I made the final list at last I will still point your answer to my question that those who were not called to update their portals didn't make the final list . thanks needs your response in anticipation

95% likely, but even if he's HR staff his own is extraordinary compared to the HR staff we are dealing with now, most of them are too arrogant
