Nigeria's defeat by croatia left many nigerians disappointed, with some genuinely believing nigeria is out of the world cup for good. That defeat by croatia was quite unfortunate, but nigeria are still with a VERY realistic chance of qualifying.
If croatia avoids defeat against argentina - which is very possible- and Nigeria defeats Iceland- won't be easy, but also very likely- then going into the final group games, Nigeria will have 3 ponits, while argentina will have less than 3 points. Now if croatia avoids defeat against iceland, all Nigeria has to do is avoid defeat against Argentina, and Nigeria qualifies.
I personally believe Nigeria can defeat Iceland, and croatia can avoid defeat against Argentina. I think our biggest task will be to avoid defeat against Argentina.
So it seems that Iceland shock draw against Argentina is a good result for Nigeria. With argentina not firing on all cylinders, and with croatia's golden generation, Nigeria has a very realistic chance of qualifying from the group stage. We should give croatia our maximum support.

all Nigeria need do is win there remaining 2 matches(which I believe they can cos they played well yesterday, only ran out of luck)... drawing a match is a no! no! for me because that would require permutations and combination of football... get six points from the remaining two games, relax and advance to the next round.
Nigeria still has a good chance of advancing, Iceland will be a tough one for them, but if they can improve even better from yesterday's game, they will definitely beat Iceland and Argentina... sentiments aside, I was impressed by there play but disappointed with their finish.
