I am not saying Rohr has to go but he must be blamed for the loss. Lack of a plan killed us. We never attacked them from any particular angle, the only thing we did was hold on to the ball. We have to establish a route no matter what. I also agree with Okocha without reservation. Honestly the fans and media cause all this, u talk about playing a player in a position he gets paid to play at club level and they are ready to cut your head off and when it blows up in their faces they start looking for whom to blame. We should praise our heroes but also be ready to admit their shortcomings. As for Rohr I feel there are ways we can be eliminated that should warrant looking at our coaching situation again. Also we should come up with smarter ideas for set pieces. Obviously we can't head a football into the net so lets try to get free shots at goal |

Ighalo's own came from the left but not uptop left... It was diagonally forward. It came from behind but from the left. Balogun had one and it came from a corner. Off target it went. I don't recall Ndidi having a go with his head. But from Shehu's wing?!! With an attack in transition? None... None!!! None!!!! And all because he was timid in becoming our extra outlet of attack down that right. As a team we are to utilise every facet of our game. We have scored from cross and nod before... We can do so again especially down that right. The right is our stronghold because of Moses Victor but his supporting Fullback was not inventive or adventurous enough. So this is not a minor issue ooo... because we also speak of different approaches that can try fetch us goals and keep us on the ascendancy up front. somehow: |

Moses was clean through but fell too easily when his marker came unto him... This was near or rather within the box ooo... That was a key forward pass. Also, see another one... His forward pass to Idowu on the left when we were transiting to attack down the left... Should I name another? The truth is Ighalo offered little menacing movements unlike Nacho. I advise we lower our Expectation on this Team and hoping for a Miracle to happen against Iceland and Argentina. There are lots to pick from the first Match; 1 - I want Rohr to be retained not sacked no matter the outcome of our performance in this Competition. 2 - This should Competition should be the last Appearance for Mikel, Akpeyi, Echiejile, Ighalo, Ogu, Shehu, Moses, Idowu, Onazi, Musa, Balogun and perhaps Ezenwa. They should retire from International Football honorably after this World Cup. 3 - Ebuehi and Aina should be our RB and LB respectively, then we can scout for their Backups. 4 - Nwakali Brothers, Tosin should be drafted as Midfielders. Eze, Oyenkuru, are needed as Wingers in the Squad. 5 - in the striking Position, only Kayode I hope he becomes an integral part of the Team. My Post-World Cup List for the Eagles; 1 - Uzoho 2 - Ebuehi 3 - Aina 4 - Ndidi 5 - Ekong (C) 6 - Omeruo 7 - Moses Simon 8 - Etebo 9 - Kayode 10. Nwakali K. 11. Oyenkuru 12. Adarabioyo 13. Musa Muhammad 14. Iheanacho 15. Awaziem 16. Alampasu 17. Eze 18. Iwobi 19. Ryan Sanusi 20. Nwakali C. 21. Amuzie 22. Kehinde 23. Okoye Mind you........ this is strictly a Suggestion, pls don't come for my Head, just wanna divert our Attention away from the Loss. 5 Likes |

BascoVanVeli: Mikel must not find Nacho. What matters is the playing in a deadlier fashion. With Nacho's movement, the team played better. Not Mikel finding Nacho. Think of the overall game play and not one person finding a player. Also keep in mind Nacho did not stay long upfront for Mikel to utilize. However, Nacho's movement showed how deadly we can be with the right movement upfront. 2 Likes |

After Moses Simon's injury, I expected Rohr to have ditched that wing formation. Since he could no longer call for replacement. Which was what Forgiveness was shouting about... On the quality of back ups that made the initial 30 man squad. But baba still de think se na play we wan go do for world cup |

From Rohr post match comments I don't feel that this conservative and tactically inept coach is ready to change. I was so angry after reading his post match comments. even his pre-match comments do not instill confidence in me as a fan talk more of the players. I feel really sad, infact I'm still in pains. If we lose to iceland I see no reason why he should be retained as the coach. It should be win or get SACKED for Rohr against iceland. He can't be earning $50,000 every month and be giving us this rubbish. I'M fed up 4 Likes |

Humility017: Lame excuse. Why must it be us choosing our formation to adapt to theirs? We should play to our strength and not play to match opposition. The German team too is young and will do well so it's not a question of experience but will power. This man failed when he started talking about 2022 during an important tournament in 2018. Defeatist mentality. If the coach doesn't know what to say he should just say 'no comment'. I was so angry yesterday. 2 Likes |

sontoly:the truth is ighalo can't give what he doesn't have I don't blame him for yesterday because the coach keeps playing him when he doesn't have the skill set for the lone striker position his movements and pace is just not good enough frankly speaking he should not be a starter 1 Like |

BascoVanVeli: Where did you get that from? I said our AMF was not the problem. The problem was poor movement up front. With Nacho, you could see how deadly we could be with more movement upfront. Also Nacho was not upfront long enough for Mikel to take advantage of his movement. That was why I found Mikel's sub for Simy confusing. It took away our sharpness. Gerrit? 2 Likes |

You people are just being typical of what Nigerians are known for. Apportioning blame to the coach or some of the players like they even performed better than this in their previous fixtures. Our problem is that, just like the English people, we always expect magic. The team is at best average and cannot give what they do not have. They played their best but lost the game to a superior Croatian team with star studded players. It's not like we've not always had a team with above average players even during the USA 94 era, the only difference is that our midfield was fantastic. Today, our midfield even seems like the weakest link. How does an Ighalo score goals if he's not been fed. I have to say that Mikel's time in the super eagles is over because despite being our number 10, he holds the ball black and is slow in pace. convert Iwobi to a number 10 and give Moses serious warning about always falling. His dribbles in the wings do not yield any result. Whenever he gets the ball, he should cross it into the box 18 for our strikers to battle it out. Another problem the team have is a lot of distraction. If they're not posing for the camera, they're dancing shaku shaku or taking a walk in the park. This people do not strain well. Even in their training, i don't see any atom of seriousness. 6 Likes |

Serbia are a real dark horse in this World Cup. They look a very good team. Physically strong, tactically good and they do have very talented players in their ranks (Milinko-Savic is an elite midfielder in the making, already great). This team will be very difficult to beat. |
