funshobabs: God bless University of Ibadan. With less than 20K I paid for the official and students transcript, plus DHL. I still got balance of about 3K. 9 Likes 1 Share |

My transcript from Unilag took almost two months to process but I believe that was because I applied during the strike. After the strike I went to the school and was directed to the person in charge of transcript for my department (there are different people). The lady was nice and promised to look out for my name as they had a lot of backlog. I got her number and followed up with her until it was sent. She didn't ask for any money and I didn't pay anyone else. funshobabs: 1 Like |

olu21ola: Hmmmm. Wish you hadn't included it in the profile creation. There is no point including his work history if there is no point claimed for it. You can only claim point if the work was in Canada. Nevertheless, move all his work history to personal history, that way u won't have to upload any employment document. People have done it so I'm not sure it counts as Misrepresentation. All the best. 5 Likes |

DrOBD: I included the letter of explanation because of the overlap dates in my personal history details. I claimed points for the master's program but didn't claim points for the work experience gained during the period I was studying. I included the work experience under the personal history section. 1 Like |

DrOBD: It depends on you. Despite the fact that I didn't claim points for the work experience, I included the LOE because I wanted to play safe and to avoid any ADR. 1 Like |

GlitteringStar: I think that was a wise and safe thing to do. Going through my GCMS notes, there is a question asked by the system relating to whether I was studying full time during when I claimed the work experience (or vice versa) and the answer was No. Who knows what they would have noted or asked for if the answer had been Yes. |

DrOBD: @Fusion23 once shared one on this thread----https://www.nairaland.com/2624318/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/259#53421354 You can contact Children's Practice, Ikoyi for your medicals. Submission of post-ITA profile? Anyway, you can do your medicals before getting an invitation to apply or after. It is advisable to wait till you get an invitation before you do it though. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

For those of us still struggling to make up the required cut off mark(reminds me of JAMB ), TRY THIS----->.If you don't have a supporter for MPNP application, you can try Morden, Manitoba here's the link http://www.mordenimmigration.com read all the information provided in the website and connect with them. If you are qualified then Morden will invite you for exploratory visit (but all the expenses like plane ticket, accommodation, food etc is paid by you). Best of luck in your plan to immigrate to Canada 4 Likes |

@ethelia nd glitteringstar, can i ask for ur take on a similar issue? So my masters span from 2012 to 2014 full time UI while my work experience starts from 2013 todate. There is obviously an overlap. Can i write a LOE that states that course work and exams were done in 2012 while the thesis/research was in 2013 that did not require physical attendance in class while the cert was eventually awarded in 2014, because the masters cert has a 2014 date. Meanwhile, even if IRCC decides to exclude 2013 and 2014, i still ve more than 3 years work experience. What do you all think pls? I am the PA and trying to put all info right on the profile b4 ITA. arbiee: Has MRS. ABC, and if applicable, MRS. ABC's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since their 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago). Include all trips: tourism, business, training, etc. The emboldened is all I see and from your answer it's a yes. |
