Netherlands legalized it more than 10 years ago, yet they have fewer number of homeless and depressed as you claim.

Bros it's worth knowing that marijuana don't have any thing to do with depression and homelessness, instead it even helps manage depression. Depression and homelessness is as a result of bad governance and economy, but because of our hypocritical attitude here in Africa especially, we tend to associate it with marijuana use. And hence denying those who consume it openly their deserved opportunity to earn a life, where as many of us who are comfortable do it in the secret.
