WES had received my documents from my school and they sent me a message that they have sent a message to my school to confirm they sent the documents, my school said they haven't seen any message for over a month o, the staff at the registra's office said it may be a wrong email address and sent me another one... Is it right I send that address to wes? If not, what can I do

So is that a refusal or I an still supposed to send what the white paper asks of me.

The lady didn't collect my statement. She gave a white paper of the documents I should mail her.

Yes. But you have already received another mail about refusal and your passport is with you. Once your application change from administrative processing to refusal, you need to start a fresh application and pay another visa fee. Unless otherwise, but this is normally the process

In situations such as this...it’s best to obey that Godly voice in your head. Do not be negative. Mistakes happen, though the likelihood of such costly mistake by a consulate is low, still they can also make mistakes; the VO, the computers, etc. So, just assume there is a malfunction with their system and follow the instructions on your white paper. Ignore any negative energy right now and provide the requested documents ASAP as it doesn’t hurt in any way to do that. I’m with you in prayers. God bless your good heart wishes!

VO May have selected a wrong field mistakenly on her application which in turn automatically treats her as a denied application. The system may be malfunctioning, etc. These rarely happen with big organizations because they should care about reputation, but trust me my brother, it does happen with them every once in a while.

Please, I need help on this. I want to apply to UTArlington for "PhD straight from BS" or "MS" degree in Civil Engineering as I meet the requirements for both. I would have applied for both but I can only make only one application at a time. I am confused on which has the higher probability of getting me admitted with full funding. Please kindly give your views on the matter. Here are my grades:

GPA-3.7/4.0
GRE- 151(V), 158(Q)

I still don't understand how a statement from April end led to these issues. I thought statementsare supposed to be valid3 for 6 months.

But wait a school fees of 12 plus 31 is 44k .... isn't that so expensive for one year ?

Back to the subject ..... nobody really knows what happened , only the people who work in the embassy so hey maybe you go back again and that can provide more insight to what happened

The interview multiple people daily, they might not keep track. If they make such mistake, the best is to give it time and see if they will update their system. If the status remains the same, its best to pay another visa fee and reapply
