My question though: Why are they both going via PNP? Have they considered retaking IETLS to score higher and thus get better CRS scores? PNP should be the last resort naa. Abi, is there another reason they are doing it?
DereI:

freshdad:
hello house, great job being done here. a question from a first timer on this thread.

We intend to going for the FSW, a family of 3;

I am a graduate of architecture with a Masters degree (34yrs in a few months)
Working for about 8years post Masters degree(for architect graduates, masters run concurrently after 1st degree)
I have been running private practice (LLC) fully for the past 5 years( with an irregular income) after leaving paid employment in 2013

Wife is a banker with a Bachelors and 4 years working experience.(29yrs old)
a child with US citizenchip

Doing a quick assesement with an IELTS score(with both of us taking the test) that is good it appears that I should be the PA.

My question however is who's best to be the PA with reference to irregular income

thank you

You'll be fine as PA if you can provide documents for the 3 years work before your private practice OR you could add your previous employment to your private practice to make 3 years if your company has Bank statements and Tax documents and if you can get letters from clients for required duration.

Your wife could also look for means to acquire 2or More certificates and shoot as PA.

I doubt.. I'm expecting the next draw frm 26th or 27th June based on historical trend.. Sorry for your mark reduction
pretygurll:
Please is there any chance that there'll be a draw today? I am turning Bleep tomorrow, 5 hard earned point will just go like that. So sad.

Just figures..not mixed with alphabets or anything. I put mine nd it accepted it.
Zeiya:
Please I need assistance with this. I am creating my EE profile and I can't get this section right. I imputed $23,181 for a family of four and it keeps rejecting. I tried 23,181 CAD same thing. Do they want the naira equivalent?

Please anyone that have registered should answer me. Thanks

Friend1 should retake ielts and aim for LSWR: 8.5, 7.5, 7.5, 8 as well as look for means to get 2or more certificates and she'll be fine.

Friend2 should retake ielts and aim for LRWS:8,7,7,7
They both will qualify without nomination.

She doesn't need letter of consent if she has full custody and can prove Father hasn't been in the picture since birth.

Hello Nairaland people. I have a public service announcement:

If you’ve applied and haven’t attended a Planning For Canada session, DO IT NOW!

It was amazing and more info than you can handle. I will happily pay 60k for that session but it was somehow free. When I saw 8am to 4pm, I thought “what can they have to say to us for that long?” But we used every minute and it was so worth it.

They told us that they are indeed pulling the program in August so it’s probably only the last batch that’s available. Go and apply now if you haven’t, you shan’t regret it.

P.S. There’s tea break and buffet lunch. All free!

Please how do I participate?

Lolzz you could get success stories and share with him. Give him all the beautiful benefits that come with having a PR.

If you listen to his objections, I sure you will find the responses to the silent questions he has.

I did mine with MOD on the mainland and luckily for me my Center had headsets, however, the other mainland centers didn't use any.

If you have doubts, you can reach out to them for clarification.

The tone of your inquiry is also not nice

Good morning my people, please I have a concern regards my travel history.
I travelled to South Africa on a company sponsored training. Being my first time of travelling out of Nigeria I didn't know I had to report at the immigration desk in South Africa so my international passport was not stamped at the point of entry.
When I was leaving, I was stamped out. The South African immigration raised hell when I was leaving their country. The Nigerian stamp is complete (2).

The issue now is that I have just one stamp for South Africa instead of two. Do you think the VO will raise an issue on the stamp? I am an accompanying spouse

Well, I think it may have been an issue if it was the exit stamp that was missing. I also think that an LOE can come in handy here. Explain the situation and state that it was an oversight. Na JJC things, you no kill person.
My opinion though. Others may have varying thoughts.
