lymelyte:  The Money side of the business is always protected. I understand from your point of view, rating shouldn't be a One-Way thing, since you both went through the same experience. However, one side is paying the money whereas the other side is collecting the money. The side paying the money get protected by the organisation since the main objective is to make profit. TheCar: Lol ..my brother I dey count my losses o . I only have few cars rite now on the platform.. And the drivers that I have are very good o , and one driver always pays days before due date.. The driver dey pay on time too much self.. The others cars I have are chilling quietly minding their business or waiting for either a good driver or waiting for business to pick up ..keep in mind holiday season will soon be around the corner.. And some are getting fix or waiting to be fix ..and they will join the rest to chill and mind their own business till gud driver shows up or wait till holiday season time .. Till than my brother...

If it's on uber count your self lucky, as the high-techy techy app will give you the option of recalculating fare from riders pick up. And most times its accurate.
