He was right, for 2016 the final list came out in Novemeber and training started early december and DSSC POP was early June while NDA RC and SSC POP was september of 2017.

In 2014, training started in January.

part of ur allowance will be lodged into ur account(new) as compulsory savings only to be accessed when you pass out. remainder will be paid into ur original bank account . The allowance is meager. I advise you go prepared with enough cash.
