Yes you can. You've been here long enough to know that a degree doesn't need to be in line with work experience before one can claim points for them

People have had theirs evaluated as 1 year and 3 years of study respectively.

On the flip side, if you gained the HND admission with either of the OND certificates, and if you started your study from second year, then you might have to evaluate both together and the other OND separately. WES has an infamous reputation of rejecting such transcripts as incomplete.

In summary, you should have 2 or more certificates from the report of the evaluation

I used them. They are quite good. But there has been a mad rush lately. A colleague tried booking an appointment for her and her family this week and was told that the next available date is sometime in July. Can't remember the date. She opted for Children Practice instead cos she has to submit soon.

I was mailed earlier in January 2018 that I will be interviewed. I prayed and asked God to cancel it that I will never go for interview. When my mates were going my faith shook but I insisted. So from January till June I had no concrete progress except ghost updates and bland replies to my mail.

Paid 20k to verify certificate and the same transcript they sent. I was amazed. I went there myself with my dad. I had to make calls first before paying cos I didn't believe it. But my friends confirmed and I was given a receipt.
