Tragedy occurred earlier today in Isinweke town in Ihitte/Uboma Local Government Area of Imo State, after a speeding Range Rover driver ran into some residents. According to reports, the driver was on top speed before hitting two men who were by the roadside.

One was said to have died on the spot, while the other survived but was badly injured after breaking his leg. The wounded man was later rushed to the hospital for treatment.

The fate of the speeding driver could not be determined as at press time.

It's always better and rewarding to be defensive while driving.

When you consciously endanger the lives of other people because you have money or because you are drunk or high on drugs, your life should also be in danger.

If your willful actions result in other people's death - deaths which could have been avoided if you weren't reckless and callous, then you should also die.

Considering that the Police will collect bribes from this driver and then release him, thus enriching themselves from the trajedy of these men and their families and without compensation or recourse for the loss of life, this driver should be killed on the spot. Period!

Already tied with a red cloth! Very hard to notice though!! But let’s reflect on the accident! The guy with a broken leg is in serious pains that he cannot shout! But the other dude is dead.. Life they say is really ironic!

Irresponsibility of the highest order. You drive to the extent that you couldn't control your speed. That is foolishness, even if he was drunk, that was far to careless . RIP to the dead
