I still don't understand why a one year old kid would be doing inside a pool. Or is the mum teaching him how to swim or what cuz none of them have told the world what really happened. Judging by the lame reason they gave, that's not acceptable . you can't just leave a kid unsupervised like that which would make him crawl outside the house to the swimming pool. Yea, incase you missed it, I wasn't insinuating that he threw the child jnto the pool to drown. Typical Naija mentality, always trying to excuse yourself of blame.

Whether he is in the country or not, he is answerable to the safety of that innocent child. If you are going to have a pool in your house, have it wedged or always covered. So that even if you are not around, accidents such as this is avoided.
