I still don't understand why a one year old kid would be doing inside a pool. Or is the mum teaching him how to swim or what cuz none of them have told the world what really happened. Judging by the lame reason they gave, that's not acceptable . you can't just leave a kid unsupervised like that which would make him crawl outside the house to the swimming pool.
