Nayaaaaa: 2.5 million ke, how? |
Re: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by trastar(f): 7:42am On Jun 25, 2018 |
Nayaaaaa: 2.5 million for Visa application if you have a family of 4-5, yes. But this is what i always say to people, the process is such that your victories are in stages and the fee for the smaller victories isnt that much. English test is a victory-cost about 55k EA assessment another victory- the most important hurdle to cross -cost about 300k (if i am not mistaken). By the time you have spent this almost 500k and you are receiving the good news of ITA. Like a letter from Australia saying "Madam, you are eligible, pay for visa"- 2.5M will be the least of your worries. Its like being pregnant and going into labour-the joy of what comes after labour is too big compared to the pain of labour. On the issue of what to assess as, the truth is, you really need to read the thread. I am also hoping our engineers in the house can help. Also, you may want to wait with assessment for now. New occupation list will be out in July. wait to see whats on it before applying. 3 Likes 1 Share |

For option 1, you still need a reference letter Primary Documents Reference letter on official company letterhead to: 1.1 Indicate 5 main duties undertaken, job title or position; 1.2 Indicate the exact period of employment (commencement and completion dates); 1.3 Be endorsed by the manager/direct supervisor/HR Section (with official telephone & email address); 1.4 Indicate full or part-time with number of work hours; 1.5 Pay rate; 1.6 Include the company’s stamp if applicable. And include one of this two Secondary Documents (either 2 OR 3) 2.1 Income Tax Return Acknowledgement or Receipt; 2.2 Social Security Insurance/ Superfund/ Provident Fund/ Retirement Contribution Statement Reports. You can back up your bank statements and payslips with your pension statement of account. For your workplace, one reference letter is okay. For each workplace provide: • organisation name and location, including contact details • dates and duration of employment • title of position occupied by you • your defined role (provide a duty or appointment statement where available) and/or a brief description of your activities You can back up your bank statements and payslips with your pension statement of account and tax certificate. Include online MOOCs that are relevant to your profession. Bamz: 2 Likes |

Does my long post here get anyone wondering whether I talk too much in real life? I actually don't. I write more than I speak. *Just to be clear, in case anyone is wondering* |

Many thanks for your response, stifo2012. Just to clarify, I know that I do need a reference letter for option 1. Are you saying that I need an offer/employment letter as well? Getting a TCC and/or Pension Statement may be difficult for me For TRA, I know someone that successfully used bank statements and pay slips. I wonder why EA is unnecessarily difficult. |

Bamz: Don't think you need the employment offer once u have got the reference letter stamped on company's letterhead. You can try getting the TCC at FIRS by paying an amount and explain to EA that your company is not enrolled on any pension scheme and if you can get your coy to print your pay slip for you on d letterhead as well that should help. |

jendy36: From personal experience, ACS will assess your APTECH diploma to AQF Advanced Diploma qualification. You'll still need a university course added to achieve Bachelor qualifications. Depending on your nominated occupation, your transcript details and work experience details, they might equate your work experience as part of your qualifications. Long story short, the best you can expect from them is Advanced Diploma equivalent. The way you package your work experience in relation to role will determine positive/negative assessment. Hope this helps. 1 Like |

Aub430: Are you applying 489 to FSC? They ask for certified everything and they're notorious; if it's not certified, they'll reject your application after 3 months with no refund. Please find a way around it if you can. |

Employment letter is not necessary. You can get your tax clearance from the state revenue board, though you will have to pay some money. Bamz: |

Can I address letter coming from my company to EA or DIBP as "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN". I don't want my direct Head of Department and Human Resources manager to know about my migration to Australia. Please can I use "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" or I must address it to EA/DIBP direct. |

Rapture07: My question goes thus : Why submit 2 applications? Are the applications of the same skill? Are the applications of different documentation back up? Because, am aware you can always complete your initial application and pay. I am still wondering why you submitted 2 applications. I would be glad if the aforementioned questions can be answered to that effect. Thanks |

Embassy4u: After the first application was submitted, before i payment i noticed from thorough research that my qualification was not highly relevant to my selected occupation, so i started a new application with a new selected occupation which i feel should get me a positive assessment The application aren't same skills but closely related Same back up, just different letter for statement of service. |
