when grinding the egusi add achi or buy cocoa yam,then pound it till it becomes sticky then add it to the soup

Abe no be Naija u dey? There's hatred and division everywhere my friend including amongst the food we eat! The ingredients..egusi, vegetables, meat and the rest of them hate and despise the water so much that they try their utmost best to stay away from it even when you cook them in the same pot. put small garri .it will thicken d soup

I don't see anything wrong with the soup. Is just that when next you are going to prepare egusi and vegetable soup the content of water must not be much than the palm oil. Second. Fry ur egusi for like 5 minute and continue turning it in the fry pan so that it won't get burn.
Let's I forget the pepper should be grind with the egusi.
After the fry fry of a the egusi. I don't even ask if your vegetable is Ugwu leaf or Efo tete. Bcus the two have different style of cooking.
