In as much as it's a language, and its meaning is 'God', Yes to your questions, but if it's a name of an idol or god, No is your answer. For example 'oluwa' means God in yoruba language but 'obatala, orunmila, Sango etc are names of idols that are being worshipped as god in the ancient days and few still do till date. That is, we can adress God as Oluwa but we can't as obatala and the likes

Lol Oluwa is not the name of God but the name I'd the most high deity among other deities. The others you named are lesser deities, there are whole books about the pantheon of Yoruba gods for you to learn from. Olorun is simply broken into Olu-Oorun. You and I both know what that means. It's like saying Krishna is the name if God in Hindu, but Vishnu, Rava, Khali etc are names of idols when they're are all part of the pantheon. In fact Esu was a trickster God not even the equivalent of the devil.
