Look at the Business Side of things: Iran brought only 1,000 fans to Russia. Nigeria brought 800 fans , many of them broke, thieving, drug pushers and most probably 411 scammers.
Argentina had 67,500 fans in Russia. All of them high spending.
Now if Nigeria were to kick out Argentina, 67,500 high spending guys would leave, and 800 broke potentially fatal criminal elements guys remain.

There's Mtn for example from South Africa but we got our own Globacom which is 100% Nigerian and is already outside Nigeria. We have first bank which was established by a Briton in 1894 but by 1929 we already had an indigenous bank and right now some of our indigenous banks are among the biggest in Africa bigger than anything Kenya has. Nigeria is not doing well, don't get us wrong with this thread but we are bringing in a lot of local contents into our economy. Look at sports betting for example, the biggest in Nigeria is Nairabet which is 100% owned by Nigerians unlike SportPesa, Kenya's biggest betting business which was founded and majority owned by foreigners

There is noting wrong with being an agricultural country. I would be happier if Agriculture contributed 80% of our GDP if we were doing the very modern and efficient form of Agriculture and our farmers were rich or middle-class individuals producing high yields using modern farming methods.
