I just called their help line and the guy told me that it is a network issue. Am assuming that the guy the picked my call doesn't even know anything about this issue.

if possible one can get the site administrator, maybe the person who responded is a call centre agent

i got intouch wt their site administrator on twitter @ayocole but he hasn't responded.
those of u that r having access denied can also reach him on twitter. He has been providing solutions to them.

Go to Cafe around ur area that's doing the application. Its a lot easier

I assumeyou started the registration on phone. Start the reg all over again. i experienced it when i was trying to upload my passport because i started the reg on phone.

finally i think am making headway. after countless tweets to @frscnigeria and @ayocole ( an administrative officer in frsc) concerning my issue, i just received an email feom frsc telling me that my issue has been resolved. i dnt have access to laptop rytnw but tomorrow morning, i will know whether they r true to their words. shalom.
