If we cannot progress in a world cup where top teams aren't in top form, then I'm lost for words. We had since 94' to do this. Just phucking heartbreaking. This country just pains me. 1 Like |

I Actually had a mixed feeling immediately I finished watching Portugal and Iran match Two days ago... That's when I knew that Super eagles will need extra effort and legs to win against Argentina FIFA is a pure business with Nike and is it addidas or puma sponsoring C Ronaldo and Messi... Definitely everything must be done to help them win respectively. Though it was very painful... My heart just went dry, sweating profusely... It was a terror night ...just make sure I ate, do all I need to do before the match... But I slept like a baby... Very sound sleep... Thank God have recovered... I will keep supporting super eagles till we get it right... Focus now shift to AFCON How many team will qualify from our group..we. Need to start preparation earnest And also NFF election coming soon in next couple of month... Will AmajuPinnick reelect or get sacked...? |

Joebie:Even better thanYekini miss against Italy at US 94.Aiyegbeni and Yekini miss are the worst in Nigeria WC history.I think Ighalo miss should rank number three. |

AIG07: You play for a 95 minutes. We lost this game because we lost concentration and did not defend as a unit. Under no circumstances should Rojo be allowed the freedom to collect a ball inside our own 18 that was UNFORGIVABLE particularly in the last 3/4 minutes of full time. We got mentally fatigued and LOST CONCENTRATION.. That's where the game was lost for me. But Ighalo miss just makes it harder. 2 Likes |

Pls lets no ditch some of the young players on our team. Uzoho is only 19 but now he's battle tested since he played decent against Messi, Di Maria, Higuaín, Sergio Aguero and Banega in a span of 90 mins. Even though they lost form, that was a blood thirsty Argentine side we played against that hit us with everything they had and our defense played commendably well against them. Lets observe this defense a little more to see how they play in future international games. It's the offense I'm worried about. I'm starting to doubt Ihenacho but he's 21 so he can still get better. He needs to pass the ball more because it's starting to look like he's turning into another V.Moses. 1 Like |

AIG07: When the desirable is not available the available becomes desirable. Ighalo and KC are not top strikers they are well below average in terms of world class quality. Our players are essentially average if not below. In reality what other strikers do we have We are scraping the bottom of the pot looking for talent. The reality is like it or.not top players play in top leagues and top teams. Our options are very limited. Ighalo left the EPL after an abysmal last season and went for the $$$££££€€€ in China. KC has been over hyped to the point of delusion here, he was let go by city and has been abysmal at Leicester. That's our from Line up that's supposed to do wonders. Our CB's are not the best in the World. We have some players showing potential like Ndidi Etebo, Ebuehi, Iwobi but they have some way to go. We have no replacement for Mikel anywhere at the moment. All our friendlies have indicated that we have problems. All said and done considering putting matters into context the SE have tried thier best. I hail them. But I am GUTTED so close yet so far. 3 Likes |

Atlanta 96 healed the U.S.A 94 pain. I was so so sad haahaa, we were almost there. Oliseh should have kicked that ball into the stands. Each time I remember that match, tears drop from my eyes. But thank God for Atlanta 96 and especially Nigeria vs Brazil, that game healed most of us completely. Kog45: 1 Like |

Fadiga24: Yeah! One of the 35 years old player was the second best player in our match against Iceland. One of the 35 years old player was the best player in the Austrian league 2 seasons ago and is currently in the 14th best club in the world. One of the 35 years old player still made belgium pro league team of the week last season. What is the problem if they are doing far better than the so called youngies? Besides, you be their mother? 3 Likes |

Kog45: I disagree COMPLETELY. What about Musa and for me the almost forgotten and relegated man, Etebo who was probably our best player over all. Played like a Warri Jaguda boy NO SHAKIN. Musa ran and ran but alas he is human he was exhausted. Rohr game management very suspect. T 1 Like 1 Share |

Bolowolowo:Oh do not doubt it cos i remember seeing Ezenwa having pics with FIFA President when the latter came to their dressing room after Iceland match. He was the only one that had photography with FIFA President if i can remember. I think the guy was just too happy to be at WC.A second choice keeper with NPFL side and Nigeria number two at WC,great achievement. 1 Like |

Triniti: I just watched the video. Yes that local fool actually did that. That boy should never be played in Nigeria's jersey again. We dey here dey vex, nobody I repeat even thought about exchanging jerseies except for the fool. Ezenwa is the kind of goalie that can be seduced to sell out a match. Before you come with the excuses. Yes that is his souvenir that he went to the world cup and I say a big congratulations to him, but that should be the height of his achievement with the super eagles. |

Kog45: This is the crux of the problem which I have been mentioning, our players mentality is too low for the world cup tournament. Have the FIFA president not visited Nigeria before? So what's the damn thing about him coming to your dressing room. Stage fright, inferiority complex and lack of self confidence killed the team in this world cup. This is the most timid senior national team I have ever seen, running after messi jersey and taking pics with FIFA president. Oh what a crap. Real poo 1 Like |
