You will say that because you don't understand how nation building is been done, you are amazed by the way the vice president is inspecting the project himself that is how a government of people should be run, in the past you will never see the leader inspecting the project by himself, this is an example of a good government. This is the power we are talking about, unlike bragging but unproductive statement of OBJ when he said he spent $16 billion on power. This Solar power is very much needed in that market, this should help save some food products from going bad and minimize finacial loss by sales persons. This government cares about our welfare
