Hello my People! I have a few questions for the GURUS here: 1. who knows if HAW Hamburg requires and English Test from Nigerians like TOEFL and the rest for English based course? 2. Is English test certificate a must among documents shown to VO? Particularly if you are going for an English based course. 3. how can one get a refund of the money loaded in the blocked account if he dint travel again? 4. kindly share on how to apply for interview date, do you send mail to get a date, the mail possibly and how to open and fund blocked account! Thank you as Always! |

This map of Germany might be helpful to you. I have been studying about Germany for some months now. It seems I am getting to know more about Germany than my own country, Nigeria. 5 Likes 2 Shares

mbambah1: Hello, I will advice you to use daad.de/en. Search for your school and course . Your course website have what you need and if there's discrepancies, you can send a mail to them and you'll surely be given the right response. Different schools with different rules. Even courses in a school varies in rules. Concerning other questions, read from part4, though it's difficult but it worth the effort. I did the same and got the information I need. 2 Likes 1 Share |

It may not be that straightforward. If it's a non-restricted course, then the person might be as good as admitted. but if it's restricted, there's still another hurdle to cross shasha25: |

jsean98:Was in your situation last week. I requested for for acceptance letter while I wait for the admission letter. Used that to book appointment and got a date. See below for my format... Dear Sir, I am very pleased and happy for the great opportunity given to me to join the...... MSc program at the great University of...... . I would love to have an acceptance letter urgently from you while I await the official admission letter to enable me apply for visa appointment as the appointment dates are limited in my country and almost booked out for winter session. Acceptance letter is sufficient for booking visa appointment date while official admission letter will be used for the interview. I will be glad if this is provided urgently to me Thank you and warm regards, BUT NOTE: this depends on whether your enrollment deadline is within the range the the embassy is considering for appointment dates. Enrollment deadline /resumption date has to be indicated on the acceptance letter. It would be better to have an enrollment deadline in mid to end of October. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Rosicky7: It’s non restricted... and it wasn’t showing formally approved before. Was only showing formally checked and when I wrote them they said my documents where complete and was now being considered by the appropriate body.. just yesterday it switched to formally approved. So I don’t know if it’s positive.

Gurus please I need your advice as to the right answer to give to wat I want to write below.... I applied for an M.Sc program in International Economics and Management ....rather the school gave me a Letter of acceptance for a transition enrollment as a student in a bachelors program "Business Administration and Economics"...but the conditions guiding the transition program, *With the transition programm I would be able to register exams needed to complete the admission requirement for the masters programme in "International Economics and Management"..and having successfully completing the programs I would be admitted as a graduate of International Economics and Management. * After successfully completing the transition programme ..it would not affect my existing degree or GPA...and I would not be given any certificate degree in Business Administration and Economics...and this program is just for a semester after which successfully completing I would be admitted as a graduate. And why I was ask to do the transition program is for me to complete a particular course needed for the completion of the master program...although GPA, Total number of credit bachelor's degree, total number of credit in Economics and Management and bachelor's thesis have been met. the question I want to ask Gurus............if been ask by the VO what program am I going for... should I tell her i am going for masters and not bsc.....although on my acceptance letter .....transition erollment in a bachelor program "business admimistration and economics.....which allows me to register for exam needed for my masters ....and it becomes effect after a semester..............please I need advice as to the right answer to give. Thanks. Please wat best answer can I give. KingyKing: |
