Students were treated to a surprise intimate gig with rapper Coolio after the Gangsta's Paradise singer swung by to cook dinner when they met him on a night out.

The University of Central Lancashire students stifled their giggles when Coolio broke into song while chilling on their sofa in Preston. Student Olivia Johnson-Aley, who uploaded the video onto YouTube, said she met Coolio on a student night out and the rapper offered to cook for her and her housemates.

He trotted off to Tesco's and so begun the rather surreal evening.

Posting on reddit, one of the students wrote: "He was playing a gig in our city, and a few of my housemates were in the VIP after party. He came back to our house afterwards, and told us that he wasn’t busy that night so would come over and cook us dinner.

"We had Coolio’s Caprese Salad, Chicken á la Daaaamn, and Peach Crumble. We also videoed a cooking show ('Cookin’ with Coolio'). It was just as weird as it sounds.

"Great guy though, had some very deep and profound thoughts on life and his time in the business."

I didn't listen to The Carter's album except Apeshit, I can't stand Beyonce and her stans Jay Z is a dickrider, we've known this since Nas twisted his Fish lips on ether...Anyway I saw your post like 3 hrs ago listened to the song and when I was about to reply I forgot everything about it, I had to relisten to it again as I'm typing, What a wack response, That song made me sleepy and dulled my Mind, that beat must have snuck from the B side to the A side...All in all, Its the type of song you play to lull your child to sleep...drake really disappointed me, I was prepared to clown Pusha T and drake fans alike in my group chats.

Those are the two most cohesive albums he's dropped in his history.

From Views to More Life and now this Scorpion joint, Drake has been dropping albums combining a couple tracks to select for your playlist, with generic filler nonsense.
